Incentives for companies

AIdAM has finalized an agreement with Studio Modolo e Favuzza to support AIdAM member companies in obtaining a tax reduction (up to 30%, with no caps) on income derived from investments in certain intangible assets, such as patents, software, designs, and models.

The firm will assist all member companies in the Patent Box procedures, and its remuneration will be based on a “success fee.” This means that payment will only be required upon the actual disbursement of the benefit, with no fixed or upfront costs.

AIdAM has signed a collaboration agreement with Profima, a company specialized in Facilitated Finance. Profima operates nationwide with consultants in every geographical area.

The goal of this collaboration is to support AIdAM member companies in identifying Grant Funds, Tax Credits, and any relevant Calls for Proposals (regional, national, or European) that can contribute to business growth. Based on the specific needs of each company, Profima will also assist in securing the available financial resources.
